Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy

Transforming Adversity
Restoring Hope

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist based in Glasgow helping individuals heal from trauma and its lasting impacts. I provide evidence-based and compassionate support to those living with the profound effects of adverse experiences. If you are struggling with symptoms of trauma, such as anxiety, depression, shame, guilt, and flashbacks, I invite you to contact me. I would love to help you process your trauma so you can live an authentic and fulfilling life.

What is Trauma
and How Can Therapy Help?

Trauma is a distressing event that overwhelms an individual's ability to cope, and it may cause long-lasting emotional, psychological and physical issues. If you are a trauma survivor, you may have never felt safe enough to talk and process it. You may be struggling with a number of overwhelming feelings and emotions making you feel unsafe, disconnected and anxious in the present time, even if the traumatic event happened decades ago.

In therapy, I focus on creating a safe and supportive space for you to explore and process these experiences and understand how they affected you. I'll help you integrate and resolve your trauma so you can live a more tranquil and fulfilling life.
