Together, we'll work at your pace to process what happened, understand how it still affects you, and begin to rebuild trust in yourself and others. This is a space where your experience is valid, and where healing becomes possible over time.

Short-Term Therapy
If you're feeling overwhelmed, lost, or unsure how to move forward, short-term therapy can offer clarity and momentum. This present-focused approach is designed to help you work through a specific challenge—without needing to revisit the past in depth. It's brief, collaborative, and can be surprisingly effective in just a few sessions.

Initial Consultation
A free 15-minute session over the phone or online. It is a chance for us to chat and ensure we are a good fit for therapy.
Ongoing Sessions
Sessions last 50 minutes and can be in person or online. We can agree on short-term or open-ended psychotherapy.
Ending Therapy
When you feel that you've reached your goals, we'll work together to ensure a smooth and positive ending to our sessions.
